Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the software teams in the project from the requirements definition phase, design, reviews, implementation, testing, transition to production, and up to the project delivery phase to the customer.

This is a challenging, dynamic, and highly influential role.

As part of the role, you will participate in product requirements analysis, risk analysis, internal and external interface management to produce system-level software specification and requirement documents.

Prepare and approve the work plan for the software teams, manage activity control discussions, meet targets, and monitor implementation.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Aerospace – mandatory.

Experience in system engineering/project management/development leadership of software-based and/or communication systems – mandatory.

Background in working on multidisciplinary systems – a significant advantage.

Experience in OOP software development in RT domains – an advantage.
