About the role:

As the product lead for data platforms, you will own the product strategy, requirements and roadmap for Immunai’s extensive data product and infrastructure. Leveraging Immunai's state-of-the-art data generation capabilities, extensive data assets, and advanced immune knowledge, you will lead the development of a data platform that empowers internal and external data consumers to solve real-world challenges in therapeutic discovery and development. You will drive alignment of product strategy, business goals and R&D priorities, evangelize your product area internally and externally, and ultimately be accountable for the value and outcomes that your product will drive.

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and is passionate about both the strategic vision and the intricate details. Thriving in a fast-paced startup environment, you will operate autonomously while collaborating closely with a highly talented team to drive substantial impact and build products that will transform drug development as it is done today.

You will lead product management within the data platform group, guiding the work of a team of product managers.

Location: Tel Aviv (Hybrid model)

What will you do?

• Vision and Strategy: Establish the vision and strategy to enable our mid-long term company goals related to data product, infrastructure and flows;
• Product Roadmap: Establish the PRD and overarching roadmap for data product and infrastructure (including optimization of data flows, prioritization and requirement setting for infrastructure, improvement of data ontologies , data asset expansion, and enablement of data consumers for modelling and analysis). Partner with business, R&D and ops to realize the roadmap, and ensure that we are able to best empower our internal and external initiatives with our extensive data assets
• Management: Mentor product managers within the DGIC group, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Communication: Evangelize the product and create transparency and understanding internally and externally
• Outcome orientation: Facilitate ease for data users to create value from our data assets, both internally and through external collaborations
• Accountability: Ensure that our data product and infrastructure development are effectively enabling and accelerating our product, business, and therapeutic goals
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in product management roles, with at least two years leading a product domain - a must
• Deep experience in building, scaling and managing highly technical data infrastructure products throughout the product life cycle - a must
• Comfortable working at both the high level strategic and roadmap level, as well as at the hands on level
• BSc or higher degree in a technical or scientific discipline; education and/or experience in life sciences is a big bonus
• Proven track record of delivering high impact products to market, and driving execution of complex, multi-faceted products with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences
