Dynamics 365 CRM System Analyst

This role is pivotal in optimizing our CRM capabilities and enhancing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into CRM solutions.

- Manage CRM data integrity and workflow integration.

- Provide training and support to CRM users.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience functioning as a System Analyst
• Knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 (Preferably Dynamics 365 Online) and Power Platform (advantage) as a Business Analyst or implementor
• Excellent writing skills for system documentation (HLD, DD) help guides, and marketing materials.
• Advanced knowledge of backlog management and user story creation
• Advanced knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum and/or Kanban practices
• Understanding of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project
• A fast learner who is motivated, innovative, and a self-starter with a "can do" attitude.
• Strong analytical, research, critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate understanding of software development lifecycle, standard processes and best practices.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
