System Engineer

Stratica is hiring a System Engineer for the Infrastructure Division. This is a full-time position in the central region.

Member of the End-User and Mobile Infrastructure Team in the IT Infrastructure Department within the Information Systems and Communications Division. In this role, the candidate will address all end-user and mobile infrastructure needs and its associated units.

Responsibilities:

• Managing VDI/SCCM environments.
• Building images, distributions.
• Managing EDR infrastructure.
• Implementing hardware and software.
• Troubleshooting.
• Intensive teamwork and managing cross-organizational processes.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Information Systems from a recognized institution - advantage.
• Experience working with complex organizations- approximately 5 years of experience.
• Deep technical knowledge in personal computing software and hardware, and system administration.
• Experience with Domain-based networks (Active Directory) in an organization with over 2000 computer users - mandatory.
• In-depth familiarity with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, and Office 2010/13/365.
• Familiarity with MDM infrastructure - Microsoft Intune and SCCM/Bigfix distribution systems.
• Experience managing users in Exchange and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with managing SharePoint 365 sites.
• Proven experience in leading cross-organizational projects (software/hardware implementation) - including writing detailed system specifications.
• Experience in testing, adapting, onboarding, and implementing end-user equipment.(computers, printers, scanners, etc.) on a large scale (thousands of users and workstations)
• Experience in testing, adapting, onboarding, and implementing third-party off-the-shelf systems on a large scale (thousands of users and workstations).
