We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of service delivery through comprehensive call monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your primary focus will be on enhancing agent performance, optimizing lead quality, and driving overall operational excellence.

• Mother-tongue English
• Proficient typist with a high-level writing ability
• Excellent listening skills with the ability to pay high attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, training, or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Experience in call center or customer service environment preferred
