Payroll Accountant

You will be the direct contact for our employees in relation to their payroll and will need to ensure timely action on employee payroll issues and be responsible for the day-to-day payroll processing.

Location: Nof Hagalil.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for payroll process.
• Responsibility of reporting and payments to governmental authorities and salary funds in respect of the payrolls.
• Work with insurance agencies for all employee related queries, including new hires, changes in employee's data, monthly reporting, payments, and terminations.
• Prepare internal payroll reports.
• Support on-boarding of new hires and terminations in payroll in a timely manner.
• Handling employees’ forms (101, 161, pension, maternity leave etc.).
• Serve as a focal point for the company’s employees for payroll-related questions.
• Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality.

Experience Requirement:

• Payroll accountant certificate – mandatory.
• 2+ years' experience as a payroll accountant in an industrial company with a scope of 200 pay slips per month.
• Proficiency in “harmony” software- advantage.
• Proficiency in labor law.
• Proficiency of Excel.
