What will you do?

• Key member of the R&D staff.
• Manage a group consisting of EE team and ME team.
• Building and maintaining relationships with teams within the R&D organization and with other departments within the company (Product, Clinical affairs, V&V, QARA, Production).
• Develop and deliver high-quality and on-time electromechanical products per product requirements and according to QA procedures.
• Transfer to production including all NPI aspects.
• Design verification, support product validation, failure analysis and field complains.
• Model development and verification.
• Initiate product modifications and improvements.
• Initiate new products.
• Develop testing and characterization infrastructure and methods.

What do you need to bring with you?

• EE / ME / Sys Eng / Applied Physics.
• MSc or PhD - an advantage.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Medical device experience - an advantage.
• Previous management experience.
• Self-motivated, curiosity, perseverance, diligence.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Proven track record in leading innovative electromechanical activities
