· תכנון, יישום ובקרה של מסעות לקוח רב ערוצים, מותאמים לשירותים וללקוחות קיימים ופוטנציאליים.

· עבודה מול ממשקים רבים ומערכות מתקדמות לצרכי פילוח קהלי יעד, הקשבה, אבחון וזיהוי צרכים בארגון ואצל לקוחות.
