What is your mission?
Your mission will be to rebuild and execute our marketing and branding strategy from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for overhauling all of our digital marketing assets and platforms, implementing marketing elements into our events, and assisting us in revamping our branding both visually and conceptually. You’ll be a key player in our global growth plans. There’s going to be a lot on your plate, and the stakes are high, but we promise you’ll have fun doing it.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Management
- Manage social media engagement strategies, oversee relevant digital marketing platforms, and manage subcontractors where applicable.
- Embed monitoring tools for more accurate and effective marketing and advertising.
- Create and curate content, including video, images, and copywriting.
Advertising and Campaigns
- Create, manage, and evaluate online and offline advertising campaigns.
Market Analysis
- Performing market research to find new opportunities and collaborations
- Analyzing market trends and conducting competitor research
Website Management
- Define and collect website requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to get the job done, including designers and R&D.
- Perform basic web development tasks as needed to maintain and update the website.
- Develop and manage the implementation of SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
Marketing Materials Creation
- Create and curate content for various online and offline platforms, including video, images, art etc.
- Manage copywriting tasks across all marketing channels
- Create engaging marketing materials for various event related products to increase engagement and participation.
- Edit marketing materials as necessary to ensure they meet branding and quality standards.
- Work with designers to create sales and training support materials, according to company needs.
- Manage and recruit contractors for video, image and design production.
- Oversee photographers at events and ensure high-quality content creation..
Budget Management
- Manage and execute the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring all campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment.
Branding
- Oversee the development of the visual and conceptual branding for the company.
Product
- Work closely with product managers to embed marketing needs within the product (such as advertisement spaces, online sales flow, etc.)
Public Relations
- Manage PR company contractors and strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Language: English - Full Proficiency. Additional languages are a plus.
- Social Media Skills: Proficient in online marketing and social media strategy and implementation for platforms like Google Ads, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record in developing marketing plans and campaigns across various channels.
- Design and Video Editing Skills: Basic design skills, including proficiency in platforms such as Figma, Photoshop, and Canva, as well as video editing skills for social media.
- Technical Skills: Basic web development skills are a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to introduce and integrate new market trends effectively.
- Analytical skills: e.g. web analytics experience.
Note: This is mid-to-senior level position, and while we are assessing on more than just experience in years, this is not an entry level or junior position.
