As a member of our Engineering leadership, you will have a unique opportunity to make an impact on the Quality, design, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge SaaS products, built to prevent phishing attacks at scale.

Core Responsibilities Include:  

• Lead the Quality practice at IRONSCALES, define testing strategy, architecture, and processes using QA automation platforms including CI/CD pipelines and other tools to maintain the highest quality. 
• Guide QA Engineers, perform code reviews, manage Release quality assurance, review testing work plans, provide feedback to QA engineers, and nurture their professional growth. 
• Define and present data-driven quality metrics and test strategies to stakeholders, identify & prioritize areas of concern, manage detailed product-quality testing coverage, build and execute plans to increase the quality metrics. 
• Work with the development team to design and implement test and validation strategies from unit-tests to pre-production validation. 
• Be the technical lead for a robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation suite for functional, integration, and performance testing.  

What We Need From You:

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in complex QA automation environments. 
• At least 4 years of experience in QA leadership, experience from B2B SaaS companies preferred. 
• Proven ability to manage quality objectives of a multi-team, multi-feature SaaS product, worked with technical and Product stakeholders, built and managed short and long-term Quality plans.  
• Developed automation using Selenium for at least 2 years - Must. 
• Experienced with Java, TestNG, Jenkins, AWS Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes Networking / Security domains - Big advantage. 
• Must have great communication skills, be collaborative, show a positive attitude, have high motivation and adaptability to the startup dynamic nature, and be an excellent team player.
