Software Engineer Team Lead

A startup company in the field of Creative Technology, which develops and provides content for creators by building and operating multiple subscription-based platforms of digital assets.

The company's strategy focuses on providing a comprehensive solution for content creators worldwide, at any professional level, and for any type of content they desire. This includes video editors, social media influencers, and YouTube video creators, who have become the company's fastest-growing target audience.

Located in Tel Aviv near a train station, the company offers a hybrid work model and employs about 420 people globally, with approximately 300 in Israel.

Job Description:

Managing a Full Stack team, currently primarily focused on Frontend, with future expansion into Backend. The role is very hands-on and reports to a group manager.

Requirements-

• 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• 2 years of experience as a team lead.
• High knowledge and experience in FE and FE frameworks - React/Angular/Vue (Must- React)
• Good understanding of backend technologies (Must - NodeJS)
• Good understanding of architecture, clean code, performance and more.
• Cloud technologies: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Experience with NoSQL / SQL
• An expert in balancing the trade-offs between technical and product priorities.
