We are looking for an energetic, talented individual to lead an exciting AI project from POC to implementation in a clinical setting.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced entrepreneur to lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, physicians, and IT professionals in productization of an AI system. As the leader, you will play a crucial role in implementing our AI-driven solution for predicting blood test outcomes. This solution has been developed based on a vast dataset from millions of patients. Your collaboration with interdisciplinary teams across the hospital will be essential to bringing this system to successful clinical implementation. Upon successful technology maturation you will continue to drive the spinoff company to commercialization.

Responsibilities:

·        Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end development of our medical AI project, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.

·        Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, data science, and medical teams to align project goals, manage resources, and drive results.

·        Requirements Gathering: Understand the medical domains and translate requirements into actionable tasks for the team.

·        Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, resources, and technical challenges.

·        Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and any deviations.

·        Quality Assurance: Ensure the AI model meets medical standards and accuracy requirements.

·        Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and allocate resources efficiently.

Qualifications:

·        M.D. or equivalent in a life-science field. Medical degree highly is preferred.

·        Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in healthcare or AI

·        Strong understanding of medical terminology and diagnostics

·        Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and medical teams

·        Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and implementation

·        Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
