Internal Auditor

We are seeking an Internal Auditor in the financial areas in the headquarters, finance and international audit department.

The department is responsible for the internal audit in the headquarters and financial areas of the organization, including: the activity of the financial markets division, the risk management division, the financial division, accounts and the human resources division.

In addition, the department is responsible for the internal audit of the organization's international activities

Responsibilities

• Perform audits on processes, risks, and exposure points in various complex areas within the headquarters' units.
• Write comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Execute projects related to internal audit tasks and maintain interfaces with managers in the audited units.
• Continuously learn new topics and processes, and stay updated with professional material and regulations (local and international).
• Analyze data, identify and evaluate exposures and risks, and provide practical solutions to mitigate them.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with various teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree: in economics / accounting / business administration / mathematics / statistics. A master's degree in these fields is an advantage. CPA - a significant advantage
• Previous experience in internal auditing, with a strong focus on financial audits
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, financial risk management, capital market instruments, and auditing standards.
• Analytical thinking at a very high level
• High level interpersonal communication
