Recruiter

A global biotechnological company is looking for a recruiter (temporary for 6 month), Work From Home!

* Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.

* Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with hiring manager.

* Developing and leading the recruitment sourcing strategy.

* Proactively sourcing talent.

* Conducting telephone screen interviews with candidates.

* Facilitating debrief meetings.

* Coordinating offer approvals and extending offers.

* Building Talent Pipelines.

* Actively utilize TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVP.

* Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the process.

* Participate in projects as needed.

Full time Sunday to Thursday

Requirements:

* B.A in business administration/social sciences/human resources.

* high level English.

* 3-4 Previous experience in recruiting in the worlds of pharma / biotechnology / global company.

* Experience in recruitment both in Israel and abroad! - MUST!

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Experience using candidate tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management systems (CRM).

* Previous experience in recruiting employees in Israel and in countries around the world.
