With a robust network of contacts including LPs, allocators, consultants, RIAs, FOs, etc., this role demands a candidate capable of maintaining and expanding investor relationships globally. - Strong financial acumen with a minimum of 10 years in relevant capital raising roles.

- Organizational skills, entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead capital raising initiatives for Prime's PE acquisitions from varied institutional investors like university endowments, foundations, large family offices, pension funds, and high net worth individuals.

- Expand and deepen Prime’s existing PE investor base.

- Clearly articulate and promote Prime’s PE investment strategy to the market.

- Coordinate investor meetings to discuss strategy and performance.

- Identify industry trends and recommend PE investment strategies and opportunities.

- Collaborate with senior management in strategic planning and investment goals.
