About this opportunity 

Align’s Engineering department is looking for a senior Electronic production engineer. The production engineer will be part of the Production solution team that support and lead engineering activities at Align’s production lines. The Electronic production engineer will take part in solving production failures , increase our yield reduce MRB and initiate cost reduction activates , design tools, fixtures and jigs to support robust manufacturing of Align’s products.

The Electronic production Engineer will work closely with other disciplines in the organization to coordinate various activities such as purchasing, R&D, Quality, Planning, Production etc.

In this role, you will… 

• Leading Engineering changes as the prime interface to introduce necessary engineering/R&D changes while understanding the implications in Logistic, Testing and Production.
• PCB Design and Manufacturing
• Designed electronic circuits for Jigs and Tools.
• Write DVP /IOQ / PQP protocols for validation changes at production line.
• ECO’s Leading End to End (Include writing test protocols and Test executions)
• Supply solutions to electronic production failures.
• Leading production escalation at production line.
• Perform Training and accompany production assembly.

In this role, you’ll need … 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering -Must
• Experience With Engineering Process at a Medical company
• 5+ year experience with V&V / Process Validation process, design Verification ,write protocols tests and execution - Advance
• Experience in the use of the electrical testing equipment (DVM/SCOPE)-Must.
• Understand PCBA schematic diagram / PCB layout-Must.
• Validation of new / alternative electronic components.
• Experience in leading FAIs and FSIs
