Project manager & System analyst

Recommerce is recruiting a Projece manager & Systems Analyst for a challenging and interesting position!

Job Description:

• Manage the project end-to-end, including building work plans for projects, synchronization, and tracking.
• Consolidate and control all aspects of the project, including schedule, budget, resources, and team management.
• Manage and deploy project resources and ensure project profitability.
• Implement processes and tools for project management.
• Proven experience in large digital projects, working with major companies in the market.
• Matrix management of a broad team, measuring and generating management and control reports.
• Prepare and edit status reports for all levels.
• Write specification documents, accompany development stages, manage changes, and necessary adjustments.
• Manage business and commercial clients, such as understanding the value chain, product roadmap, solving commercial problems, etc.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in managing and leading projects with clients in the digital domain.
• Experience working with digital technologies and platforms, excellent technical understanding - a must.
• Experience in writing requirement and functional specification documents - a significant advantage.
• Ability to pay attention to details while simultaneously understanding and seeing the big picture.
• Capabilities in leading and motivating teams, leading processes, and dealing with resistance.
• High self-learning ability.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, proactivity, and initiative.
• Relevant degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science) and relevant courses.
