CTO / Development Director - (a small business unit)

A leading company, specializes in developing and manufacturing fiber optics, secure AV, and more, is seeking a Development Director / CTO to lead its AV security business unit (an inside startup).

Objectives

:-To lead the products from development to implementation

.-To ensure profitability and growth while bringing while bringing value to shareholders and customers

.***Management of 6-10 development, support and product managers. reporting to the CEO

.***role is full-time, on-site

Qualificatio

• nsBachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fiel
• d.Experience in leading and managing R&D teams or experience as a CT
• O.Successful track record in Fullstack Angular, React node.js, MongoDB- high level - MUST !
• !!In-depth understanding of integrated software-hardware-system engineering products ("integrated" solution) of video compression, software and security
• ).Excellent project management skills, including product management experienc
• e.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skill
