Retail credit manager

We are recruiting for a financial organization a manager for the retail credit department.

Responsibilities

• Managing the retail credit department, which includes responsibility for consumer credit and credit for small businesses within the retail division.
• Formulating and implementing the retail credit strategy according to targets.
• Responsibility for retail credit policy and the development and implementation of a work plan to expand activities.
• Responsibility for the development and ongoing management of underwriting models.
• Leading a team of employees and managing department activities.
• Initiating business and promoting collaborations with external parties and improving sales channels, including in the field of vehicle financing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a financial field. Master's degree - an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail credit management.
• Deep familiarity with BI and Excel.
• Deep understanding of the retail credit market, including credit for vehicle purchases.
• Experience working with senior levels in an organization.
• Analytical and strategic thinking, planning ability, and decision-making ability.
• Proven experience in leading a team and driving interfaces.
• Willingness to work hard during unconventional hours.
