Sales and Application Engineer

Elina Technologies is hiring a sales and application engineer for industrial/laboratory systems for sensing, control and manufacturing processes.

Your Task:

As a Sales & Application Engineer, you will support our business customers with a diverse and innovative sensor portfolio.

You will be the primary contact for our B2B customers, providing customized technical consultations.

Working closely with customer representatives, you will select the most suitable technologies and find optimal solutions for their specific measurement needs.

Assisted by our team, you will manage projects involving customer-specific adaptations and sophisticated new developments.

 The role includes:

·        Learning and understanding the solutions and uses of the products of the companies represented – including hands-on work with sensing and control systems.

·        Visits to customer sites presentation/demonstration of the systems.

·        Technical support and service for customers.

·        Advising customers on solutions tailored to their needs.

·        Generating price quotations and follow-up on open offers.

·        Contact the companies represented abroad for missing information/technical support.

·        Training, installations and initial calibrations for customers.

·        Travel to suppliers' sites abroad – about twice a year for training on the systems.  

Job requirements:

·        BSc. In Mechanical / Electronics / Control engineering.

·        Background in production processes including sensing and control systems.

·        Background and knowledge of optical and electrical sensing systems.

·        Experience in sales of industrial systems – an advantage.

·        High level human relations, clear and systematic communication ability, independent technical understanding, creativity.

·        High level English.
