About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on professional to join our Tel Aviv team as a Finance Manager for a paternity leave period of 6 months, starting September 2024. 

This role is ideal for an ambitious CPA or finance professional eager to join a tech company and take full ownership of the finance process of an international tech company from start to finish. As a Finance Manager, you will oversee all accounting, bookkeeping, legal, and compliance tasks, essentially acting as a mini CFO and managing the entire finance operation.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire overall billing, collections, and payment processes for customers, partners, vendors, and payroll. 
• Manage all Finance-Ops matters, including refunds, claims, billing and other financial requests from customers, partners, and vendors. 
• Collaborate with external accounting, bookkeeping, and legal firms, as well as banks, in both London and Tel Aviv.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including budgeting, forecasting and accruals.

Requirements

• Work is conducted only in English, so fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
• 2-3 years of finance experience, preferably as a CPA or within a Big 4 firm.
