Software Developer (Performance Optimization)

About the Role: As a performance-focused developer, you’ll investigate issues, write fixes to performance-related issues, and contribute to software designs that prioritize efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve performance issues by analyzing code and implementing fixes.
• Create guidelines for writing performance-aware code.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce performance-oriented software designs.
• Work within project teams alongside other developers.
• Participate in project meetings with management and team members.
• Collaborate with the architecture team during the design phase to ensure performance considerations.
• Design and execute tests to validate software performance.
• Identify and address technical risks and issues.

Qualifications:

· 6+ years of .NET and C# experience – a must.

· 3+ years of experience in performance improvement, design, analysis, and code fixes in on-premises and cloud environments – a must.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

· Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.

· Solid understanding of coding and development processes.

· Proficiency in object-oriented design.

· Familiarity with SQL databases or relational databases.
