Lead Data Scientist

For an innovative and fast-growing startup focused the healthcare industry through data-driven solutions. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Data Scientist to join our team and drive our data-driven strategies.

This position will be responsible for:

• Lead the Algo team
• Hands-on feature engineering (Python)
• Hands-on development of ML algorithms (Python)
• Develop ML infrastructure (Python)
• Collaborate with cross-function on roadmap and delivery
• Generate the team roadmap to improve existing and develop the new algorithms
• Identify and adopt new and advanced tools for algo and machine-learning
• Initiate and Lead data collection pilots
• Report to the VP R&D

Requirements:

• Relevant MsC or PhD
• 6+ years of experience as a data scientist
• 3+ years of experience leading a data-scientists team
• Must have extensive experience programming in Python
• Must have excellent programming skills (object oriented)
• Must have experience in a startup environment
• HW/FW Domains knowledge - advantage
