Financial Planning Analyst

The FP&A Analyst will support the tracking, control and financial validation of transformation initiatives and will act as a key member of the Finance Transformation Team. This role will also support the ongoing activities of the FP&A department.

The role reports to the finance manager of the commercial FP&A team and transformation office and is located in Airport City, Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, measure and control global transformation initiatives by comparing actual benefits vs plan, being an integral part of the approval workflow and acting as a super user of the financial transformation program
• Develop and maintain a monthly/quarterly process to assist Global Finance in managing and measuring strategic and business performance objectives on a routine and consistent basis
• Conduct monthly and quarterly economic analyses of ADAMA's results, both actual and forecasted
• Maintain and improve current processes to produce, collect and analyze data
• Support annual work plan and 5-year plan
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed to support business decisions
• Work with finance teams in group companies located in Israel & globally

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management
• 3-5 years of experience as FP&A Analyst or equivalent
• Ability to collect, manipulate, analyze, and present data, information and insights in a compelling and engaging style
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Efficient and creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and nuance
• Project management experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, interact and engage confidently with all levels of the organization
• Ability to speak and write English and Hebrew fluently
• Previous experience with a manufacturing company preferred
