About the role:
The ideal candidate will be capable of creating effective marketing strategies that assist the efforts of sales teams and generate additional leads. This candidate should be comfortable creating content to aid the sales teams and have an ability to evaluate a marketing campaign to guarantee the best outcome. Additionally, this candidate should have a good understanding of the goals of various salespeople and ultimately operate as a close business partner.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business and marketing plans to drive sales, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Conduct in-depth customer analysis and metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify and analyze new business opportunities, conduct market research, and implement strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates.
- Oversee the B2B customer journey, analyze data, and derive marketing insights.
- Launch and manage digital solutions for clients, working closely with product managers.
- Lead end-to-end product launches and collaborate with sales and service teams.
- Manage budgets and optimize various online marketing campaigns.
- Forge business partnerships to attract new clients
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing management.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to interpret business reports and derive actionable insights.
- Proven track record of leading business and marketing initiatives, budgeting, pricing, and revenue management.
- Ability to manage and drive large-scale projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience in working with large organizations and familiarity with their processes.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and website development is an advantage.
- Significant experience working with B2B clients, especially small businesses, is highly preferred.
