Position: Legal and Ops Manager

Role: As Legal and Ops Manager, you'll play a crucial role at Ballerine. Working alongside the CEO, you'll manage partnerships, legal contracts, financial operations, and fundraising efforts. Your responsibilities include overseeing external legal counsel, working with our CFO, and leading our fundraising initiatives. This role demands a proactive, multitasking individual with a passion for efficiency and growth in the payments industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic partnerships and agreements.
• Manage legal contracts and counsel relationships.
• Oversee financial operations, collaborating with the CFO.
• Lead fundraising and support due diligence processes.

Qualifications:

• At Least 4 years experience as a lawyer.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in operations and managing tasks.
• Bonus for payments industry experience.
