Inventory Planner

We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-driven Global Inventory Planner to join our Global Supply Planning unit. In this role, the inventory planner will work in close collaboration with Supply Planners, Finance, Marketing, Demand Planning, Production, Quality, Subsidiaries GM’s & Finance to providing analysis & tools on Global inventory snapshots & trends

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the Inventory review in the company S&OP process
• Monitor inventory levels and identify trends to optimize inventory management (global & by Subsidiary)
• Analyze inventory data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Take part in defining inventory policy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability
• Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Assist with inventory forecasting and planning
• Provide recommendations to improve inventory processes and procedures

Required Profile:

• Relevant academic degree: Industrial Engineer, B.A. in Economics or other relevant degree
• At least 3 years’ experience in relevant Supply Chain or Economics roles (e.g. Planner, Cost Controller) in a global complex large organization or consulting company
• BI familiarity, background in QlikView or MicroStrategy is an advantage
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel
