Role Description

Director of Development at Metropolinet in Petah Tikva. The Director of Development will be responsible for planned giving, annual giving, philanthropy, budgeting, and fundraising initiatives to support the company's mission and growth.

Key Required Qualifications Skills And Experience

Previous experience as a Director of Development of a 25+ sized team within a corporate organization environment

Technical knowledge and ability to perform hands-on tasks with full-stack development

Proven track record of leadership and team management, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve goals and objectives.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and drive project success in a fast-paced environment. (Solid experience in agile methodologies- e.g SCRUM).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences.

Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with a passion for driving positive change and making a meaningful impact

Experience in building great performing, highly scalable teams.

• Experience in the technology or government sector is a plus.
