Seeking a Controller for a Leading Real Estate Company in Residential and Urban Renewal.

A leading real estate company specializing in large-scale projects is seeking a Controller to join our team. We are looking for analytical, serious, and ambitious individuals who want to become part of an excellent company and benefit from outstanding conditions.

Job Description:

Preparing feasibility calculations for projects.

Preparing financial statements and tax reports for group companies.

Monitoring cash flow.

Managing and supervising bookkeeping.

Additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Internship at a BIG-4 firm (with an additional two years of experience post-internship) - mandatory.

Experience in auditing real estate companies - significant advantage.

Experience working according to IFRS.

Excellent proficiency in Excel.

Ability to learn independently and quickly.

Diligence and high motivation.
