Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Marketing Manager at Lightway Digital. As a Creative Marketing Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing creative strategies, providing creative direction, interpreting client briefs, crafting compelling ad copy, managing projects and timelines, and ensuring brand consistency. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to think creatively to drive successful marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with our campaign managers and design studio to bring campaigns to life, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and analyze client briefs to identify key objectives, target audiences, and messaging opportunities.
- Develop persuasive ad copy, headlines, and taglines that resonate with diverse audiences and align with client goals.
- Conceptualize and pitch creative strategies to clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with campaign managers to ensure creative vision aligns with campaign objectives and metrics.
- Work closely with our design studio to create visually stunning assets that bring campaigns to life.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our creative offerings.
Qualifications
- Over 1 year of experience in a creative role, preferably within a digital agency or advertising firm.
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional thinking and creative skills.
- Proven ability to interpret complex briefs, develop effective creative strategies, provide creative direction, and write engaging ad copy.
- Experience in marketing and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
