A start-up in the Agri-tech field has developed technology for farmers to monitor trees in orchards and forests using data collected from the field and AI-based analysis, creating a "tree operating system" as a tool for farmers.

They have developed an AI platform that collects visual data on tree orchards and analyzes it into valuable insights for growers.

The company has raised $60M so far and has paying customers worldwide.

Located in Tel Aviv, near a train line, the company operates on a hybrid model with two days a week from home, employs 80 people, including 30 in Israel, and is growing.

Role Description: Managing a team in the company's AI department, which focuses on analyzing data from drone/satellite/airplane images in a fruit tree environment. The role involves teamwork in a Linux environment, GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and writing code in Python with a development orientation.
