We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to join our team at Unilever.

As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for leading manufacturing activities in the factory to achieve desired service levels on time. You will deliver site targets including service, costs, productivity, quality, innovation, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deploy and deliver annual plan and financial results.

- Recommend long-term site strategic plans to Regional Category & Supply Chain Teams.

- Lead Continuous Improvement strategies.

- Ensure technical standards of assets are maintained.

- Coordinate direct factory operations to achieve production plans.

- Manage Working Capital effectively.

- Lead local stakeholder management.

- Ensure compliance with Unilever Policies and governance requirements.

- Lead initiatives and projects for site integration and collaborative work along the supply chain.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

- Minimum of 8 years in a Supply Chain role.

- Minimum 3 years leading an entire factory.

- Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) preferred.

- Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain.

- Technical knowledge in IC categories.

- Experience working agile.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Experience managing change and transformation.
