Multidisciplinary Project Manager (team leader)

A great, growing Multidisciplinary Startup, in Tel Aviv (near a train station) is seeking for

a Technological Project Manager to lead all project related activities, to ensure

deliveries according to the project targets (Spec, time table and budget).

Responsibilities:

● Responsible for all phases of project management, including planning, execution, and

delivery

● Lead the design of units for feasibility testing, up to production-level units

● Optimization of production methods which are the essence of the company’s technology

● Participate in planning process optimization and production scaling-up.

● Ensure effective coordination within the project teams and with other groups in R&D

and Operations.

● Identify and address potential project risks proactively.

● Collaboration with production and design subcontractors as needed.

Qualifications:

● Engineering degree (preferably in Mechanical / materials engineering )

● 5+ years of experience in project management and leading multi-disciplinary R&D teams for product development.

● Hands-on attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

● Experience in managing a R&D team / System engineering.

● Experience in the Process Industry - Advantage.

● Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

● Experience in bringing products to production-level and “scaling up”
