Support and Operations Team Member for the IT Department at IBI Investment House Headquarters

Job Description:

• Providing support and guidance to the group's employees in the IT realms, emphasizing teamwork and participation in new and challenging projects.
• Setting up and configuring users, AD, Exchange, virtualization DRP, telephony, and more.
• Installing endpoint stations - familiarity with personal equipment such as desktops, laptops, corporate telephony, and peripheral equipment in the user environment, including operating systems.
• Handling and maintaining the company's IT and telephony systems, including IP PBX.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft systems, including operating systems and Office products - mandatory
• Experience with NTFS, permissions, group creation - mandatory
• At least two years of experience in troubleshooting in the communication and computing field, basic knowledge of communication protocols - TCP, IP, DHCP, DNS - mandatory
• Good English (speaking and reading) - mandatory
• Knowledge and experience with update distribution systems such as BigFix, SCCM - advantage
• Familiarity with EDR products (e.g., ESET, Sentinel One) - advantage
• High service awareness
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask

• Ability and desire for self-learning
