A dynamic startup seeking a Vice President of Marketing to join our executive management team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth through strategic marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and enhancing our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• Drive effective lead generation campaigns and strategies to capture and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and revenue targets.
• Enhance brand awareness and positioning through strategic branding initiatives
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
• You are not just a strategist but also willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into hands-on tasks when needed to drive results and support your team.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, measure performance, and ROI across all marketing efforts. Implement metrics and reporting mechanisms to track effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage and mentor a talented marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success as a VP of Marketing or equivalent, ideally within start-ups, SaaS, or IT sectors, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.
• 8+ years of experience leading diverse B2B marketing programs.
• Background in the cyber market is advantageous but not mandatory, with a solid grasp of industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscapes
• Global experience, particularly in EU and US markets, with the ability to tailor strategies and campaigns to regional nuances and preferences.
