Product Manager

A start-up company in the cyber field, currently considered a unicorn, develops a system that allows developers to easily integrate advanced biometric authentication techniques, such as fingerprint, selfie, voice recognition, or text message, into applications.

The company have two main products: their core product, a user identification platform - a B2B On-Prem system, and their second product, a SaaS product with similar capabilities aimed at much smaller companies.

The company has 200 employees globally, with 100 located in Israel. They are based in Tel Aviv, near a train line, and work in a hybrid model with two days from home.

Responsibility

• Design and build a category-leading product.

• Work closely with customers, engineering, and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver best-in-class experiences.

• Develop product backlogs, drive execution to results and manage outcomes.

• Work with customers to help direct product roadmap and improve customer experience.

• Gain deep understanding of the market and competition.

Requirements-

• A strong track record as a Product Manager within the security industry with over 7 years of experience

• BSc degree in Computer Science or related technical equivalent

• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English

• Deep customer empathy and ability to identify customer needs

• Deep technical design skills especially for high scale and performant services

• You are a team player, confident, independent and enthusiastic!

• You are passionate about solving hard problems at scale and building partnerships with local and remote teams

• Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
