Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Platform Growth to lead and execute strategies that will help our partner platforms sell embedded payment services more effectively. This role is critical in enhancing the conversion rates in customer acquisition, activation, and retention using advanced analytical and marketing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to boost the adoption of embedded payment services by partner platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive platform growth initiatives.
- Customer Acquisition:
- Design and execute customer acquisition strategies that effectively communicate the value of embedded payments to potential platform partners.
- Utilize data-driven marketing techniques to identify and target high-potential segments.
- Customer Activation:
- Create and manage activation campaigns to ensure that new platform customers fully utilize and benefit from embedded payment services.
- Monitor activation metrics and implement optimization strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Customer Retention:
- Develop retention programs to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn among platform customers.
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to continuously refine retention strategies.
- Analytics and Insights:
- Leverage advanced analytics to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a growth-focused role within the payments, fintech, or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of embedded payments and financial services.
- Expertise in data analytics and marketing techniques, including experience with tools like Google Analytics, SQL, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving growth and achieving targets.
