Practical Engineer

The main purpose of this office and field-based position is conducting tests for collection of data, arranging the collected data, and generating reports.

Medisim Ltd., is a company established since 1995 and a world leader in fever measurement medical devices. Medisim Ltd. is headquartered in Israel, with a fully owned US subsidiary and supported by ~50 employees. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Collection of data, analysis of results and preparation of reports and documents.

·        Realization and implementation of the ideas of the development team in experiments.

·        Work independently, and at the interface with external and internal parties.

·        Responsibility for the preparation and execution of experiments.

RELEVANT EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

·        Practical engineer.

·        At least two years of experience in industry/laboratory.

·        Previous experience in a development team / experiments - an advantage.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTE REQUIREMENTS

·        Self-learning ability.

·        Integrity - open and honest.

·        Detail oriented.

·        Highly motivated and able to succeed with minimal direct supervision.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

·        Technical sense.

·        Access to a computer – mandatory.

·        Mastery of Microsoft Office software and experience working with Excel – mandatory.

·        Good command of English.

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

·        The position will require a valid driver’s license.

·        Willingness to drive to project locations across Israel as required.
