Bookkeeper, Israel

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a full-time bookkeeper to join our Finance Department in Israel. This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. The successful candidate will be detail oriented and highly organized, and will report to our chief bookkeeper.

Main responsibilities

• Executing banking reconciliations
• Executing supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Executing credit cards reconciliations.
• Competently managing petty cash.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy. 

The successful candidate will have:

• A solid understanding of bookkeeping principles.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• The ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent English.

Additional notes:

• This position is based in Kfar Saba.
• Availability may be required at unusual hours, to support global operations.
• This is a full-time position ( 4 days at the office, 1 day from home)
