IT Systems Analyst

A successful company in Caesarea is looking for an IT Systems Analyst

What you'll do:

• Responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across various departments within an organization to understand their business needs, objectives, and requirements for new or existing systems.
• Conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather comprehensive information about the desired functionalities and features of the systems.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed technical specifications and system design documents.
• Outline the architecture, functionalities, components, and interfaces of the proposed system, providing a blueprint for development and implementation.
• Collaborate with developers and programmers to implement new systems or enhancements.
• Provide guidance and oversight throughout the development process, ensuring that the final product aligns with the specified requirements and design.
• Coordinate testing activities to evaluate the functionality, performance, and reliability of the developed systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems, including user manuals, technical guides, and system architecture diagrams.
• Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption and utilization of new systems.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to system analysis and design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5 years of systems analysis and design experience.
• Proficiency in system architecture, and documentation.
• SQL
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and lead development teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in creating and maintaining system documentation.
• Experience providing user training and support.
• Strong attention to detail in requirements and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively
