Product Designer

NeoGames is looking for a Product Designer to join our team and help us create innovative and user-friendly digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, as well as experience with a variety of design tools and software.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire product design process, from ideation and wireframing to prototyping and testing. You will also work closely with other members of the product team to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users and achieve our business goals.

What You'll Do

• Create conceptual ideas, flows and turn them into useful and valuable in terms of UI/UX for our products offering in terms of Apps/Mobile/Web.
• Design flows and experiences that simple, clear and elegant
• Entrepreneur – Identify market needs and find ways to satisfy them properly.
• Partner and work closely with many departments across company as: Product, R&D, Analysis etc.
• Sketch E2E from concept to design

Improve the design of existing products.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a product environment, collaborating with teams such as Product, R&D, Design and Operations;
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects demonstrating problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail;
• Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication or Interactive Design or equivalent, plus UX UI course MUST;
• Proficiency in Figma, with knowledge of Auto Layouts, Variables, and Prototyping (Must). Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus;
• Experience in creating and developing Design System;
• Ability to work on a variety of projects on different platforms - web, mobile;
• Familiarity with Android and iOS platforms;
• A deep understanding of user needs and business goals;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Open to feedback and prioritizes choices that benefit users and the business over personal preferences;
