Nanit is Looking for an R&D Team Lead to Join Israel Team

Nanit is a Tel Aviv-based company that revolutionized the parenting market with innovative baby monitoring technology. What will you do:

As an R&D Team Lead at Nanit, you will use your creativity, excellent problem solving,

and project management skills to guide a team of multi-disciplinary developers and be responsible for the team's roadmap, execution, delivery and monitoring of SW projects while working closely with product managers, QA, designers and other engineering teams on complex and immersive projects.

You will also directly manage a mobile team, evaluate implementations, perform code reviews and provide feedback.

If this sounds like you, you probably have:

• 2-3 years of experience managing an R&D team
• 5 years of hands-on experience with iOS or Android and a strong passion for software development
• 2-3 years of leading an agile team
• Experience in leading end-to-end projects from planning to delivery and production
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
• Leading a multi-disciplinary teams - an advantage
