We are looking for a strong, motivated and highly technical Full Stack Team Leader.

You will:

Be responsible for creating Frontend UI and infrastructure in React.

Lead highly skilled and talented people working together in agile development methodologies.

Lead state-of-the-art, high scale cloud services.

Collaborate with other teams in our group, cross-organization functions, and customers.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Drive the team's strategic technical direction.
• Direct and coordinate activities necessary to understand business objectives.
• Translate business objectives into a technical roadmap.
• Foster a culture of high standards, growth, and accountability within the team, promoting a shared vision and collective ownership of product and business outcomes.
• Conduct design reviews, service health monitoring processes, and development and deployment processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and operations, to align. product initiatives with business goals and drive successful go-to-market strategies, product adoption and growth.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• At least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Team Leader with orientation to Frontend development.
• Extensive coding experience in React.
• Experience in developing web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience in Backend development (coding in Golang- Advantage).
• Experience working with Cloud platforms.
• Experience in architecture and design of large-scale scalable and high-performance web production systems.
