We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Labor and Employment Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice and support on employment-related matters across our global operations. The successful candidate will have over 4 years of experience working in either a leading law firm or a global company, demonstrating a solid understanding of international employment laws and practices. This role will be critical in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, mitigating risks, and supporting our company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on a wide range of employment issues, including recruiting and hiring practices, employee relations, performance mamagment, terminations, benefits, compensation, and compliance with labor laws in Israel and in other jurisdictions
• Develop, review, and update employment policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and best practices across all jurisdictions
• Advise on and manage employee-related litigation, disputes, and investigations, working closely with external counsel as necessary
• Support global compensation and benefits programs
• Support HR and management teams in handling sensitive employment matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations
• Conduct training sessions for HR and management teams on employment law issues
• Monitor and analyze changes in employment legislation and case law to ensure the company's ongoing compliance and proactive risk management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support organizational initiatives and provide guidance on employment law implications of business decisions
• Draft, revise, and advice on employee related docuements includign employment agreements, constractors’ agreement and seperation agreements
  
  

• Law degree (Juris Doctor / LL.B or equivalent) and admission to at least one bar
• 4+ years of experience as an employment attorney in a leading law firm (advising international clients), or in a global company, preferrably high-tech industry
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
