Head of Performance Department

Job Description:

We are currently searching for a Head of Performance Department to join our rapidly growing team in Holon and fuel the next phase of the Company’s growth.

In this role, he/she will manage all aspects of the Performance Department, including Managing Pushub's Media Buyers and Affiliate Managers

he/she should have experience with Media Buying on search ad platforms, Social ad platforms, Native ad Platforms, Optimization, ad tracking, ad management systems and working with Performance campaigns (CPA, CPL, CPS, FTD).

furthermore, He/she should have experience Managing Affiliates and working with Performance Advertisers on CPA/CPL/CPS/CPD models.

Lastly, he/she should have experience Managing, developing, and leading a Team.

Responsibilities:

Manage Performance Department Team - Media Buyers and Affiliate Managers

Hands-on Managing performance Affiliates (CPA/CPL/CPS/CPD)

in charge of Performance department P&L, Targets and Partners KPI's

Manage team recruiting, Training & Managing

Plan and Execute department's Sales, retention & business development of advertisers & Affiliates

Plan and Execute Department's Media Buying, on internal and External sources

Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns for direct and inhouse advertisers

Experiment with new platforms and channels

Requirements:

Experience with Performance offers (CPA, CPL, CPS, FTD)

Experience with Media Buying - Working with Dsp's, Buying CPC & CPM Modals

Experience with ad tracking & management systems – (Affaise, Voluum, Everflow, Redtrack, etc.)

Working knowledge of Ads & BI software (Adstrex, Adplexity, iSpionage, AdEspresso, SEMrush, etc.)

Working knowledge of media analytics software (Similarweb, SemRush, etc.)

Experience working on Native ad Platforms, social ad platforms, Search Ad Platforms, etc.

Proven Leadership and management skills

Fast learning, with capabilities of Training and Briefing others

Excellent analytical, communicational and Problem Solving skills

Organizational and Focus abilities

BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related
