Clinical Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Clinical Manager. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for the company’s clinical activities, including site management and patient enrolment. The Clinical Manager will provide instruction and oversight to the sites in Europe and North America.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. This position will report to the Chief Regulatory and Clinical Officer.

This is a key position in bringing a breakthrough technology to patients, with the potential to improve the quality of life for millions of people worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage Company’s clinical trials
• Support regulatory submissions for study approval
• Assist with contract and budget negotiations with sites
• CRO management
• Routine clinical and project management activities throughout the study:

Site support and training

Patient recruitment and site motivation

Direct contact with clinical sites

Identify, evaluate, and recruit clinical specialists/field engineers

Clinical supply management (devices and accessories)

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in clinical operations within a medical device company
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory submission and approval processes
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Basic technical skills
• Ability to travel frequently – at least once per month
• BSc/MSc or higher in life science, medicine, or similar field
• Can-do attitude. Team player. Solution oriented. Driven to make a difference and impact the world for the better
