Performance Marketing Team Lead

As a Performance Marketing Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing data-driven and multi-layered acquisition strategies, increasing revenue, and optimizing for efficiency across various channels. You will implement new practices and improve processes while also managing the company's most strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing group of seniors and experienced campaign managers responsible for Seperia's unique complex acquisition activity
• Own and manage the company’s strategic accounts on multiple advertising platforms
• Work closely with the VP of Growth to establish clear goals and KPIs for the group, and provide guidance for team success
• Analyze campaigns' performance, identify strategic opportunities, facilitate change to hit and exceed company expectations and KPI
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to enhance the marketing funnel and unlock additional growth opportunities

.Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building and maintaining global B2C user acquisition campaigns
• .At least 1 year of leading a performance team, experience with recruiting and training User Acquisition managers
• .Experience with scale-out teams and groups, nurturing talents, and high-paced hiring
• .A proven understanding of Google Adwords & Bing is a mus
• Experience in the online comparison landscape- Strong Advantage
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable producing daily data reports with high proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc..
• Passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or other analytical fields
