Requirement Manager

We are looking for a system Requirement Manager to lead the overall life cycle of our leading Autonomous Driving Systems (ADS) requirements.

What will your job look like?

• Owning the life cycle of the system requirements E2E including requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, validation, and traceability.
• Develop and maintain a requirements management plan that includes organizational-wide processes, procedures, and tools for managing requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that requirements are incorporated into the system design, development, and testing.
• Monitor and track requirements changes and maintain version control of requirements documentation.
• Lead requirements review events with customers, high management , auditors and other stake holders.
• Perform requirements analysis to ensure that requirements are complete, unambiguous, and verifiable.
• Ensure that requirements are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

All you need is:

• Engineering, CS or equivalent degree.
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of systems architecture and design principles: capable of understanding AV systems engineering processes and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in requirement management: In-depth knowledge of requirements management tools and techniques, such as DOORS (Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System) and SysML (Systems Modeling Language).
• Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies
• Attention to detail to ensure requirements are complete and accurate.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues with requirements and propose solutions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet requirements-related deadlines.
• Hands on tools to enable quick ad-hoc processing of requirements (e.g. python, excel
