IMPLANET engages in the development, production, and marketing of medical systems for the international market and we are looking for a customer service and sales representative.

Full time, Sub-Thu, 08-17, remote work, independent position, initiation and personal responsibility are required.

Job responsibilities

• Providing service and support to the company's customers around the world, receiving incoming inquiries with availability through various channels: phone, emails, chats and other systems.
• Proactively contacting existing and new potential customers and follow up progression. A bonus model will be set once according to sales targets.
• Suggestions for improving the streamlining of service and sales processes.
• Orders Operations - from initial contact to delivery confirmation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar position and providing customer service and sales.
• Personal responsibility and attention to details. A desire to develop and specialize in an interesting and young field in the medical world.
• Experience in communicating with customers on social channels.
• Working in a technical environment with multiple web interfaces.
• Experience working with CRM or ERP systems of all kinds.
• English at a high level - ability to write and speak professionally.
• Spanish at a good level - an advantage.
