Responsibilities
Design and delivery of the following:
- Construction Establishment and management of a business data unit in a financial institution
- Forming and building a data business strategy in the organization
- Managing and leading projects and business initiatives in the DATA worlds
- Promotions room management (campaigns)
- Cultivating a data-based work and management culture, assimilating required skills and data literacy throughout the organization
Qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in the DATA worlds
- Experience in managing employees
- Experience in leading data projects
- Familiarity with SQL and a wide range of data and BI tools, including cloud solutions
- Experience in AI and ML - an advantage
- Ability to drive projects and work with multiple interfaces
- Experience in writing requirements and business specifications
- Has a broad vision and business understanding
- Familiarity with the financial world - an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in computers / industry and management / economics / business administration
